1. Our Refund Policy
At CrochetPoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium membership. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Who Qualifies:
- First-time Premium subscribers only
- You have never purchased a Premium subscription before
- Your account is less than 14 days old (from the date of initial purchase)
What’s Covered:
- Full refund of your first Premium subscription payment
- No questions asked within the 14-day period
How to Request:
- Email us at contact@crochetpoint.com
- Include “Refund Request” in the subject line
- Provide your account email address
- Submit your request within 14 days of your initial purchase date
Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal)
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
3. What Is NOT Refundable
Renewal Payments:
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable
- If you’ve already had one billing cycle and your subscription renews, that renewal payment cannot be refunded
- This applies to all subsequent monthly payments after your first purchase
After 14 Days:
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after initial purchase will not be honored
- All payments become final after the 14-day window expires
Cancelled Subscriptions:
- If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period
- You will retain Premium access until the end of your paid period
4. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Email contact@crochetpoint.com with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line
- Or cancel through your PayPal account settings
What Happens When You Cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew
- You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period
- After your billing period ends, your account reverts to Free membership (10 pattern limit)
- You will be prompted to select which 10 patterns to keep active
No Partial Refunds:
- Cancelling your subscription does not result in a partial refund for unused time
- You paid for the full month, so you keep access for the full month
5. Account Termination by CrochetPoint
Violations:
If your account is terminated by us for violating our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be provided
- This includes violations such as:
- Fraudulent activity
- Harassment or abuse
- Uploading illegal content
- Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
6. Payment Processing Issues
Failed Payments:
- If your payment fails to process, your Premium subscription will be suspended
- You will not be charged until the payment is successfully processed
- No refunds are needed for failed payments
Duplicate Charges:
- If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, contact us immediately
- We will refund the duplicate charge in full
- Email contact@crochetpoint.com with “Duplicate Charge” in the subject line
Unauthorized Charges:
- If you believe you were charged without authorization, contact us immediately at contact@crochetpoint.com
- We take payment security seriously and will investigate all reports
- Provide details of the unauthorized charge (date, amount)
7. Service Discontinuation
If We Shut Down:
- If CrochetPoint discontinues services permanently, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused Premium subscription time
- We will provide at least 60 days notice when possible
- Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method

✅ REFUND APPROVED:
Example 1:
- You subscribe to Premium on January 1st
- You request a refund on January 10th
- Result: Full refund approved (within 14 days, first purchase)
Example 2:
- You are accidentally charged twice due to a payment processing error
- Result: Duplicate charge refunded immediately
❌ REFUND DENIED:
Example 1:
- You subscribe to Premium on January 1st
- Your subscription renews on February 1st
- You request a refund on February 5th
- Result: No refund (renewal payment is non-refundable)
Example 2:
- You subscribe to Premium on January 1st
- You request a refund on January 20th
- Result: No refund (more than 14 days have passed)
Example 3:
- You cancel your subscription on January 15th
- You request a refund for the remaining days of January
- Result: No refund (no partial refunds for cancellations)
9. Currency and Pricing
- All subscriptions are priced in Euros (€)
- Current Premium pricing: €3.99 per month
- Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid
- Currency exchange rates may affect the final amount you receive in your bank account (this is handled by PayPal)
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top
- Significant changes will be announced on our website
- Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new policy
