Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, then you’ll be moved to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Premium payment. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days, just email us and we’ll refund you in full – no questions asked. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Can I try Premium before paying?
You can start with our Free plan to explore the platform! The Free plan includes the full Pattern Editor and Library, so you can see how everything works and decide if it’s right for you. When you’re ready for unlimited patterns, timer tracking, and statistics, upgrade to Premium anytime.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No! The Free plan doesn’t require any payment information. You can sign up with just an email address and start organizing your patterns immediately.
How does billing work?
Premium is billed monthly at €3.99/month. You’ll be charged automatically each month until you cancel. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.

Currently, we accept PayPal for all Premium subscriptions. We’re working on adding more payment options, including credit and debit cards, in the near future.
Can I use the Pattern Tracker without Premium?
Yes! The Pattern Tracker works on the Free plan, but without the timer feature. You can still track your progress row-by-row and view marker notifications. Premium adds the project timer, session tracking, and statistics dashboard.
Will my patterns be deleted if I downgrade from Premium to Free?
No, your patterns are never deleted! When you downgrade, your 10 oldest patterns will remain active and accessible. The rest will stay safely in your account but will be “locked” until you free up a slot. You can swap locked patterns with active ones anytime – just delete an active pattern to unlock a different one, or upgrade back to Premium for unlimited access.
